My new favorite veggie side dish

Spread a bunch of green beans out on a baking sheet, spray with PAM, and roast them for 20 minutes.  Meanwhile chop a pint of cherry tomatoes into halves and mix with some chopped garlic & lots of basil.  If you want, microwave the tomato mixture for a minute to warm it through.  Mix this all together with the roasted green beans.  Try not to eat the whole bowlful.  Seriously, it is THAT good.
