I weighed in on Monday morning and was down another 1.6 lbs to 198, for a total of 37 lbs in 14 weeks. I’m not breaking any speed records for my rate of loss at this point, but hey – down is down! My average is still 2.6 lbs a week. I’m solidly back in size 16 clothes at this point. I dropped another point to 30 a day. I’m happy to know that the daily points allowance never goes lower than 29. It is getting harder & harder to stay within that range!
